3. Pench National Park
Pench National park, nestling in the lower southern reaches of the satpuda hills is named after Pench river, meandering through the park from north to south. It is located on the southern boundary of Madhya Pradesh, bordering Maharashtra, in the districts of Seoni and Chhindwara. Pench National Park, comprising of 758 SQ Kms.
The area of the present tiger reserve has a glorious history. A description of its natural wealth and richness occurs in Ain-i-Akbari. Pench Tiger Reserve and its neighbourhood is the original setting of Rudyard Kipling’s most famous work, The Jungle Book.

7. Kukdi Khapa Waterfall
Kukdi Khapa Falls is located in the chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh. This waterfall is on Nagpur-Chhindwara road. It is a small village in Mohkhed tehsil. Kukdi Khapa is an equal distance from Umranala and Ramakona and is therefore accessible from both places. They can be reached by rail from the Chhindwara railway station. The closest aerodrome to the falls is at Nagpur.

Lilahi Water Falls

Bhartadeo Park Chhindwara

Machagora Dam Chhindwara
This dam is situated at a distance of 35 km from Chhindwara district. This dam is a popular tourist spot in Chhindwara district. This Machagora dam built on the Pench river gets filled with water during the rainy season. The dam looks more beautiful during the rainy season than the rest of the season. When the entire gate is open the view that remains here is very spectacular.
A lot of people come here every year during the rainy season to see this panoramic and wonderful sight. You can come to this spot for a picnic with your family. There are eight gates in Machagora Dam. It is situated near a village named Chaurai in Chhindwara district.
